The restoration of this radio happened in the beginning of 2024.

It was built/checked on 21/22.04.1939. So it is 85 years old. Can we make it work again? Yes! Some videos will be added later.

Attention! If you don’t know what you do, you risk your life! Old tube radios have very high voltages.

Before/During restoration

Card of quality checking.
The old painting, or better said, shellac, was removed with alcohol. It was still a cumbersome and exhausting task.
